Xtal West, M.A. [she/they | ella/elle] cultivates community care through practices of re|mothering, inner niña healing, generational lineage work and co-creating ecosystems that empower collective thrivance. Her offerings center the experiences of mamas, comadres, and first-gen daughters in the journey of florecimiento by empowering women to bloom in radical self-love in every season of their lives! 

Xtal is an embodied ethnic studies educator,  mama chingona to a sweet five year old solecito and currently resides on Nisenan land [Sacramento, CA]. She holds both an undergraduate and Master’s Degree in Chicanx/e Studies where her work in designing cultura- sustaining, cariño- centered creative embodiment practices began to flourish. You can often find her nourishing her inner niña by adventuring out with her little one on nature walks with a cafecito in hand, dancing out in her garden under la luna llena, creating art projects and chilling near the ocean!
